Sarah Ruiz, MMS, PA-C, is a certified Physician Assistant specializing in cardiology with six years of clinical experience. Her background includes extensive work in critical care and emergency medicine, providing her with a strong foundation in managing complex and acute cardiovascular conditions. She is certified through the National Commission on Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA).

Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Methodist University. She has a particular clinical interest in cardiac electrophysiology, smoking cessation, and the prevention of heart disease in women.

A U.S. Army veteran and dedicated military spouse, Sarah brings a spirit of service, resilience, and compassion to her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new and unique foods, and spending quality time with her husband and children.
