Sarah earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Pembroke and her Master of Medical Science in Physician Assistant Studies from Methodist University. She has a particular clinical interest in cardiac electrophysiology, smoking cessation, and the prevention of heart disease in women.

A U.S. Army veteran and dedicated military spouse, Sarah brings a spirit of service, resilience, and compassion to her practice. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new and unique foods, and spending quality time with her husband and children.

Bridget Thompson, AGACNP-BC, is an Advanced Practice Registered Nurse specializing in cardiology with a focus on advanced heart failure. She completed her undergraduate nursing education at the University of Wisconsin–Madison and earned her graduate degree from Walden University.

Bridget brings more than 15 years of nursing experience, including 4 years as a Nurse Practitioner, with prior clinical practice at Baylor Scott & White, where she concentrated on complex cardiac care, advanced heart failure therapies, and transplant management. She is dedicated to delivering evidence-based, patient-centered care, and is recognized for her strong clinical decision-making, collaborative approach, and commitment to improving patient outcomes.

Outside of work, Bridget enjoys spending time with her family and exploring the great outdoors, bringing balance and perspective to her professional life.
