Dr. Jyothidasan’s primary specialty is Interventional Cardiology, focusing on coronary interventional procedures, including cardiac catheterization, angiogram, laser atherectomy, balloon angioplasty, and stent implantation. He is trained in treating patients with leg pain from peripheral vascular disease. He is a certified Fellow of the Society for Cardiovascular Angiography and Interventions which is a mark of excellence among interventional cardiologists.
Dr. Jyothidasan has experience instructing medical students and is one of the core faculty for cardiology Fellowship training at Cape Fear Valley Health System.
